Sketches

Three iPad sketches from this past weekend when I went up to west Worcestershire. The first is the River Teme at Shelsley Beauchamp in the early morning sunshine on Saturday 2 Feb. Then there is a view from the top of High Vinnals near Ludlow towards Brown Clee. Lastly, an old oak tree at Croft Castle. It was generally cold, dry and windy so sitting still in one place for too long wasn't much fun.

They are very nice sketches. Shame about the cold! Have you ever tried to use traditional methods? Or drawing "fantasy" backgrounds? It'd be interesting to compare styles.
